it comes on "palghuna shudda poornima" day

1. have to perform the pooja for" kama-rathi photo"
2. on this day people will put colors on each other
3. prepare belle obattu on this day.
4. rathosava will be performed in temples.
5. next day is padya

note

1. on this padya day,make all boys to sit on a hase mannae,and do aarathi,give puri oondae to all
2. make sara (necklace)in sakkare mani,kadale,aaralu,kobbari,and put on boys neck
