it comes in "margashira shudda shrasti".its also called "subbrayana shrasti"

  1. its performed like "nagara panchami",but have to call a "vatu "(boy),do pooja for him,give him a vastra,and tambula. have to call him for lunch also .
  2. this should be performed by only who have the custom.
